This project involved the application of sprayed concrete (shotcrete) to a newly constructed piled wall. Prior to the sprayed concrete application, a reinforcing mesh was installed over the piles to provide additional structural integrity.

Key activities included:

• Surface preparation of exposed pile faces
• Installation of reinforcing mesh and fixing using appropriate anchors
• Application of sprayed concrete to the required thickness
• Curing and quality assurance testing

The sprayed concrete overlay works were completed on time and to the client’s specification, achieving the required structural performance and finish.
